Many people think that all vegans must be skinny. Whilst it’s true that a diet rich in vegetable derived foods can be very healthy, the temptation to indulge is just as strong and it’s perfectly possible to eat a vegan diet that consists of nothing but junk foods. Consequently, even vegans can become overweight.
